Bring a beach towel, water, and sun protection! Park across the street from the Holiday Inn Oceanfront in the free, public parking lot. We meet on the beach to the right of the hotel, the Tiki Hut, when facing the water. Cost $10.00.
Karen Verechia has owned and operated the studio since 2002. In 2007, she decided to focus on teaching rather than learning Quickbooks, marketing and office work! By giving up her studio space, she is able to teach yoga at various locations all over this beautiful island. Karen is devoted to introducing people to the benefits of yoga and exercise.
