Karen Verechia has owned and operated the studio since 2002. In 2007, she decided to focus on teaching rather than learning Quickbooks, marketing and office work! By giving up her studio space, she is able to teach yoga at various locations all over this beautiful island. Karen is devoted to introducing people to the benefits of yoga and exercise. Yoga is highly adaptable and a program can be designed to be relevant to a specific community. This site is designed to point you in the right direction, motivate you to get moving and help you find the perfect class or situation suited to your specific goals. Beach Yoga, Wednesdays at 9:00am!
Park on the side of the Holiday Inn Oceanfront. (Additional Free Parking in the lot across the street from the Holiday Inn) Meet us on the beach to the right of the Tiki Hut when facing the ocean. Start the day out listening to oceans waves and smelling the fresh salt air. Stretch, breathe and invigorate your morning with yoga on the beach for all levels. No prior experience is necessary. Bring a large beach towel.
