Ongoing Beginner Yoga- Introduction

of yoga. Learn the basic asanas (poses), including
posture and alignment in a slower-paced setting
with an opportunity to ask questions. Class covers
benefits of yoga, centering, breathing fundamentals
and relaxation. An excellent way to start your
practice, a good review for anyone who has been
away from practice, or a place to return when
desiring a deeper understanding of the poses.
Suitable for students as their ongoing full practice
or a stepping stone for other levels. |

Gentle Yoga (Kripalu)- No
experience required. Classes focus on gentle stretching
and full range of motion to renew ease and comfort
into tight areas of the body. This style encourages
students to honor their body's individual needs
with compassion and awareness. If you ever felt
reluctant to take a yoga class because of limitations
of any kind, this is the class for you. Suitable
for individuals with health challenges. |

Level 1- This class is designed
for every level of ability, age and condition.
Detailed yoga instruction with attention to alignment
using props to practice asanas(poses) with ease
and precision while working on strength and flexibility.
A basic level class for those fairly new to yoga. |

Level 1 & 2-This energetic
class is for students who want to deepen basic
postures and explore some intermediate poses.
Building strength, flexibility, balance and comfort
within the poses. Connecting the postures with
breath,building beneficial heat which creates
a challenging and focused class. Geared towards
students with an understanding of the fundamentals. |

Intermediate Yoga- Explores
more challenging postures, longer holdings, focused
breath work and yoga philosophy. Perfect for students
exploring the connection between breath and movement,
strength and flexibility, alignment and awareness.
Teachers continue to offer fundamental guidance
and instruction for more advanced work in the
postures. |

Sun Salutations- Limbers
up the whole body, synchronizing breath with movement
in a spirited and uplifting practice. Poses are
linked together in a flowing sequence that builds
heat, stamina, flexibility and strength. Beginning
with slow cycles incorporating groin stretches,
standing postures and forwards folds-energizing
your entire body and stimulating your mind for
the day. Basic knowledge of the poses is needed
for this flow style class. |

Power Yoga- These classes
provide fundamental asana(pose) instruction in
a fluid sequence encouraging the practitioner
to sweat. It is ideal for those who desire a physically
challenging practice. Develops endurance, strength
and flexibility while keeping students on the
move. Designed for experienced students without
back or neck problems. The "Power" is
generated from within. |

Hot Yoga Flow-This class
will incorporate vinyasa with a standing series
and floor series of postures in a heated room.
Sweat, sweat and more sweat detoxifies the body
and protects stiff muscles, allowing for deeper
stretching. Students need to be familiar with
poses from the Sun Salutation series and be able
to handled the intense heat. Hydrate before class,
bring your own towel or practice rug and water. |

Dynamic Yoga- Experience
required! For intermediate and advanced students
who want to be challenged, inspired and completely
emptied out, resulting in purification. This cardio
class will deepen your experience with the cultivation
of core strength, balance and breath control.
The pace is brisk, focusing on working at your
edge and knowledge of form and alignment are a
must. This class is not recommended
for new beginners or anyone nursing an injury. |

Prenatal Yoga- A series of stretches
and strength building exercises that increase
energy, stamina and develop concentration to
assist during labor and delivery. No yoga experience
is necessary, but women need to be in or beyond
their fourth month. Supportive environment allowing
you to connect with your changing body while
nurturing your baby.

Mat Pilates- The Stott Pilates
method of total body conditioning is a unique
system of stretching and strengthening exercises
to improve posture, tone your abdominal region,
and strengthen your back for a more streamlined
body. The perfect compliment to your program for
